Many of you have probably wondered what I would sound like as an energy-efficient refrigerator from the future. I know I sure have. Well, the wait is over, and that question can finally be answered. But first, background:
After my radio show last night at approximately 11pm I received a message from @Erie, who works for the Ohio Attorney General, and who I’ve only met once, briefly, at a Tweetup. The conversation went like this:
Erie: Random: Do you want to do a voice-over for an international anti-pollution campaign… in the next hour?
Cheryl: …sure? lol
Erie: ok! what’s your email address?
And about 2 minutes later, I was forwarded a script. And now I’m part of an international campaign for Avaaz. Just one more testament to the really freakin’ cool things that Twitter can do for you if you build and foster strong relationships with awesome people. If you need help getting started building your Twitter network, shoot me an e-mail and we’ll chat (cherylelizabethharrison[at]gmail[dot]com)
And now the moment you’ve all been waiting for…
(I didn’t write the script, ok? LOL)
But it’s a great cause and I think you should sign the petition anyway
Cheers!

Cheryl, you’re an amazing refrigerator. I hope the refrigerators of the future come to understand the debt of gratitude they owe to you. Thanks again for your help! - Ben
