Early this morning, I posted this message to Twitter:
What I didn’t say was that I am trying to order a sign for Social Business Strategies to hang on our wall. I thought “sign” was a pretty clear concept.
That is, until my friend Evan sent me a link to the Ohio School for the Deaf’s American Sign Language classes.
And then 50 other people pointed out how many different types of signs there are in the world.
In 140 characters or less, clarification is key.
