I moved speechbubble / Drink Up Columbus HQ a few weeks ago! I mean sure I moved it all of “one door down” but it was still a thing OK. My assistant and I then spent two hours trying to hang up a client wall and then my landlord popped in and looked at it awkwardly and said “I had a level you could have used” and I said “we… did use a level.” Then I hit myself in the face with a hammer in shame.
So anyway come visit some time. Bring a level.
Shit that happened in April:
After months of hard work my partners and I debuted the Cbus Ale Trail and 2015 Brew Books, which reward frequent brewery visits with free stuff! Follow CbusAleTrail on Twitter and Instagram and use the hashtag #CbusAleTrail to share your journey
I was on All Sides Chefs in the City on WOSU talking all about Columbus Craft Beer Week and the Columbus Ale Trail
610 WTVN had me back to talk about Columbus Craft Beer Week and Smokehouse Brewing’s Pumpkin Peach ale
For the fifth year in a row, I was voted one of the top three bloggers in the city by the readers of (614) Magazine! Thanks, ya’ll
I was on Good Day Columbus promoting International Tabletop Day – and had over 120 (!!!) people at my Beers & Board Games Tabletop Day event
The Huffington Post interviewed me for this article about craft beer and board games. Speaking of which, I’m hosting the next Beers & Board Games event May 12!
I got to play hair model for my friends at The Blowout Bar – dem waves
I’m throwing Drink Up Columbus’ four year anniversary party May 28 – you better be there, it’s gonna be tits
In between those things and actually “working” I spent a week in Portland for the 2015 Craft Brewers Conference and have not yet had a chance to blog about it – but maybe I will now that it’s gonna be May
Shit I Tweeted, Facebooked, Pinned, Google Plus’d, YouFace’d or otherwise shared somewhere on the internet:
If you haven’t seen the first two episodes of this season of Inside Amy Schumer just go watch them immediately because they are solid gold
Worst. Conversation. Ever.
Some OTHER Cheryl Harrison wrote this “sizzling… sensual… scintillating” erotic novel but I might start taking credit for it
Love a good mashup but especially one with Disney and 90s hip hop
Happy Columbus Craft Beer Week!
